I first met Marilyn and Phil at the Wheelers Hill Farmer’s Market in 2009 and was very intrigued by their use of bush ingredients in the condiments that we are all used to; such as their Wattleseed & Honey Mustard or Campfire Chilli & Wild Lime Bush Sauce. How about their dukkah? Egyptian in origin but using Australian Native ingredients; a very innovative couple.
